Patricia Gardner, Customer Success Manager, has 15 years of experience in the training industry. With a passion for customer service, her most recent focus has been on managing virtual instructor-led and instructor-led class deliveries for public training programs.
Before joining TPC, Patirica spent 15 years at Korn Ferry managing all logistics regarding a learner’s ability to access the products and services that Korn Ferry offers. This includes the management of all VILT and ILT class deliveries, learner inquiries, product access and instructor scheduling.
When she’s not at work, Patricia is on the sidelines cheering on her son, who plays multiple sports. She also enjoys spending time with family and traveling.
