Heather Brown

Heather Brown, Customer Success Manager, works directly with our clients by supporting them through their learning journeys. Heather is also responsible for administering our digital content.  

Prior to joining TPC, Heather worked in various roles across many organizations. Most recently she was a Project Manager for federal and private clients within the government space. Prior to that, Heather has worked as a CSM, an account director and a program manager.  

Heather holds a bachelor’s degree from Long Island University and has earned an master’s certificate in project management from The George Washington University. 

In her spare time, she enjoys shopping at Target, drinking wine and spending time with her two daughters.
