The Presentation Company is seeking a Global Account Director to join our growing sales team (West Coast candidates highly preferred)

What you will be doing:

  • Grow revenue in assigned accounts by going beyond where we are today.   
  • Build new relationships and strengthen existing relationships with line of business leaders and learning and development executives. 
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the business strategies and goals of accounts and demonstrate how TPC’s business storytelling learning journey will support their business outcomes. 
  • Show that you have a deep understanding of our learning journey and can explain the benefits of our program to current relationships and new prospects. 
  • Create account plans that show that you understand where we stand right now in each account and outline how we want to take the account forward for expansion.  
  • Build new sponsors across all lines of business by connecting our training programs to company initiatives and to learning and development programs. 
  • Provide quarterly business reviews and prove out the ROI of our program to retain clients.  
  • Partner with your Customer Success Manager to ensure clients are onboarded properly and have a positive experience.   
  • Ensure legal requirements are met, including Statements of Work (SOWs), product and service orders, contract addendums and renewals. 
  • Meet or exceed annual revenue goals. 

What you will need to be successful:

  • 10+ years of experience in a B2B sales role
  • BA/BS degree preferred but not required
  • Live TPC values of clarity, accountability, inclusivity, empathy, and pioneering spirit
    • Clarity – Walk in your audience’s shoes by listening to all stakeholder’s input
    • Accountability – Make deliberate commitments you can fulfill and follow up on actions
    • Inclusivity – Encourage healthy debate and embrace collaboration
    • Empathy – We are gracious with our time and attention and care enough about people to provide honest and clear feedback
    • Pioneering Spirit – Embrace discomfort and continuously seek information about what is unknown; be curious
  • Skilled in managing Fortune 500 accounts selling solutions into different lines of business; Learning and Development, Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, Supply Chain
  • Experience in using Salesforce to track activities and forecast revenue is essential
  • Track record of meeting or exceedingly quarterly/annual revenue targets
  • Ability to partner with internal teams to support accounts in pre-sales and during training program deployment
  • Open, collaborative, credible, and customer-focused in all communications with colleagues and clients. Team oriented yet able to work independently with ease
  • Possess the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high quality work under tight deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator who can adjust their communication style to the audience while maintaining a high level of professionalism
  • Accountable and proactive; approaches work with optimism, enthusiasm, and commitment to meeting the needs of clients and colleagues
  • Well-organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote work environment while maintaining focus and committing to deadlines
  • Can bring your authentic self to work and contribute your superpower every day
  • Willing to ‘roll up your sleeves’ and go above and beyond if something doesn’t exist

This is a salaried position with bonus potential.
