
Customer Success Manager
Kristen Shannon, Customer Success Manager, works in tandem with TPC clients to ensure that their training initiatives are managed successfully.
Prior to joining TPC, Kristen worked as a Learning and Development Manager at ZoomInfo, providing training sessions to customers. Prior to that, she has held Customer Success roles in a variety of industries ranging from data analytics software to manufacturing tech.
Kristen holds a bachelor’s degree from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and an MBA from Seattle University.
In her spare time, she loves hiking, camping, and reading (her favorites are fantasy and sci-fi!). She’s also an avid knitter — she enjoys starting new projects and making things for her friends and family. One of her passions outside of work is volunteering with her local library where she teaches tech training courses like Computer Basics and Staying Safe Online.
