Michelle Williams

Michelle Williams, Master Facilitator, has more than 25 years of experience in the classroom delivering concepts such as Executive Presence, Sales Management, and Management Coaching. Michelle is an energetic workshop facilitator with a hallmark of generating active engagement from her participants.

Michelle began her career in technology sales and sales leadership. During her tenure in sales, she realized how critical it was to not only provide solutions, but to connect on an emotional level with her clients. During sales presentations, Michelle began focusing on targeted storytelling and tailored messages to audiences based on their specific situation and needs. It wasn’t long before she noticed that her colleagues – and competitors – struggled with this kind of communication with their customers. This led to Michelle’s passion for helping others achieve higher levels of success, and she shifted her career to sales training and presentation training.

As a Master Facilitator for The Presentation Company, she now has the opportunity to fold together all of her interests to deliver these vital techniques to workshop participants.

When she’s not in the classroom, you can typically find Michelle on the golf course. She and her husband, Steve, are avid golfers and enjoy spending time together and with friends in the beautiful Hill Country of Texas where they make their home.
