Laurali Rivera Tolkki

Laurali Rivera Tolkki, Master Facilitator, has more than 15 years of experience in Training and Development with a background in Employee Relations and Human Resources. She has a passion for facilitating training, coaching, and connecting with others.

Prior to joining The Presentation Company, Laurali was an Employee Relations Manager, Learning Designer and Facilitator for Darden. She has traveled the world working with different artists to organize events, consult on promotion strategies and crowdfund campaigns.

Laurali received a Masters degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from University of Central Florida. She is bilingual in English and Spanish, speaks some Italian, and is currently learning Finnish. She enjoys music, cooking and traveling in her free time.
