Kim Kassnove, Master Facilitator, has spent more than twenty years in various roles in the education space, spanning the classroom to the boardroom. Kim began her teaching and facilitation journey in front of seventh graders in Brooklyn, NY. Needless to say, she knows how to keep her audience engaged for fear of losing an eye to a paper airplane. Kim's workshops are fun and feel like a conversation with a trusted friend.
Prior to joining TPC, Kim has most recently served as the founding Chief Talent Officer for a Charter School network in NYC. Kim has uncovered a common theme among the people she works with—they all crave connection. Kim has found that stories are the universal recipe for connection—once you know all the ingredients for a great story, the results are delicious. Throughout her career, Kim has learned to harness the power of business-based storytelling in order to influence corporate culture, make human-centered business decisions driven by insights, and support individuals to grow and thrive.
In her spare time, Kim is a writer and has completed her first novel, a screenplay, and is an avid blogger. Kim is a trained actress and has performed original stories at multiple venues in NYC and NJ. Kim lives in New Jersey with her husband, two kids, a fancy cat, and a rescue dog.
