Kevin Campbell, Director, Global Training Development & Delivery, has over 15 years’ experience in employee training and development, marketing, business communications and management. A dynamic instructor with a passion for people, Kevin’s approach to presentations draws on his background as a host and his expertise in methodology.
He began his career in professional development in California where Kevin created training programs for teachers and after-school educators. This led to an opportunity with Nike, to act as a Nike Global Trainer. In this role, Kevin facilitated workshops for employees throughout North and South America. This experience deepened his understanding of communication strategies and how to tailor them to various audiences and markets.
Kevin also spent ten years in the entertainment industry where he honed and crafted story for a variety of mediums. He worked in front of the camera to host projects for networks such as National Geographic, AMC, and A&E, while behind the camera he developed pilots for Bravo and Comedy Central. His radio credentials include creating and hosting a D.C. sports radio show and a Los Angeles-based pop culture program.
As a student athlete at Virginia Tech, Kevin received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Management and a minor in Communications. His experience as a collegiate lacrosse midfielder formed the foundation of his passion for collegiate and professional sports today. Kevin also holds a Master’s degree in Training and Development from Portland State University.
