Carlie Johnston

Carlie Johnston, Director of Business Systems, strives to improve efficiency in TPC’s systems and processes by selecting, implementing, and leveraging the right technology platforms, and, more importantly, ensuring that the architecture and integrations between them are configured, managed, and running efficiently.

Carlie’s background in translating business needs to technology solutions and implementing platforms has helped thousands of individuals uplevel their careers during her 15+ years in higher education and training & development organizations. She received her Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the Project Management Institute and Bachelor of Science in Human Development from Binghamton University.

In her spare time, you’ll find Carlie organizing her two tween boys, two rescue dogs, and mad scientist husband – or abandoning that effort entirely to soak in all the sunshine she can in the Pacific Northwest.
